Parish Online Registration and Information Update

Good Shepherd offers three ways to register within the parish or to update your contact information:

  1. Visit or Call the Church Office any time during office hours to register in person.

  2. Complete the online registration form. Please indicate if this is a new registration or information update.

  3. Download registration and information update form.  Complete the registration form and mail it to:
    12800 W. 75th St., Shawnee, KS 66216
